All new personell they do a great job in taking care of customer so nice to have service like the good old days
Pulled in, asked the station agent if I could use their cover to apply some water repellant on my windshield, station agent said that was fine. Was going to let the treatment dry while I grabbed some snacks and instead got a lecture (from the manager or at least someone in a 76 jacket) about how "this was a business, you can't do that here". Not on the drivers side.
My tire was low, so I pulled in to use their air machine. It was $1.50, which seemed a bit steep but I was in need, so I put the money in and the machine wouldn't turn on. I went in to ask the guy for help and he mentioned the machine wasn't theirs and to call some 800 number (labeled service number) if I had issues, he mentioned it does that sometimes. I asked if I just lost 1.50 and he said, "guess so" and walked away. I don't care who owns the machine, that was poor customer service and they should take care of their customers and have no interest in doing so. The Chevron just down the way was super helpful though.
Stopped to get gas and take the cables off my tires. The attendant was rude and I explained this was my first time with cables he told me to move so I did but I guess it wasn't exactly where he wanted me to go so he stood there while I was taking the cables off then he rudely told me I was supposed to be out of the way. There were no other cars around the whole 10 minutes I was there.
