I have been going here ever since i was young and they have always been great, I dont even live in Rouge River but i do come here if i ever have a problem. With friendly staff and a good bed side manner i would recommend this place to anyone.
Negligent. We are new to the area and wanted to establish a good relationship with our local Family Practice. My husband is severely allergic to poison ivy and oak. He went for his first visit with the poison oak progressing rapidly. The Physician Assistant NEVER came out from behind his desk to examine my husband. He prescribed a 'salve', even though my husband told him of his severe allergy. The following day we called with much greater concern. Our call was never returned, the practice turns off their phone at 4:30pm but close at 5pm. We ended that evening in URGENT CARE where my husband was treated appropriately, but it took a much longer time to recover because of the rapid progression.
Nice staff and doctors and they care about you.

What a ghastly experience. I called for 3 days with no answer. I printed up all of the new patient info from their website, and filled out all of the forms. Then I went down to the office to make an appointment (since I couldn't get through on the phone), only to be sent away with no appointment. I didn't have my insurance card. I had a photo copy, and all of the information, but this wasn't good enough to prove to them that I actually have insurance. So they didn't answer their phones, I had to physically go to the office to make an appointment, I was called a liar and turned away without an appointment. All of this, while the awesome nurse lady kept talking over me when I was attempting to ask questions. I will never set foot in this clinic again. I will also spread the tale of my experience and try to convince everyone I come across, to not go to this clinic. What a disgrace. I wonder how many other patients are abused at this clinic. My first negative experience in Rogue River, after living here for 4 months.
Awful. My family has tried to go here multiple times, and none of these times has it been easy to do. They make it way too hard to verify things like insurance and send you running in a loop. My mom was sick and couldn't get though to them on the phone, so on her way trying to get to work she stopped by 15 minutes before opening to try to make an appointment. The lady was in there doing nothing (this was even admitted to my mom) but only came to the door to yell at her through it. My mom had to leave work later that day to go to urgent care, but the secretary lady wouldn't even put down her phone to make an appointment for later that day. They've generally been rude every time we try to go there.
